Croatian ham similar to the prosciutto

Hi, I heared that the Croatian ham is similar to the prosciutto. Is that true (in terms of quality and taste)? --J.B.

yes that's true. The ham in Croatia is called "Prsut" and I would personally claim that it is as good and delicious as the famous Italian Prosciutto.

It's just that the Croatian Prsut is not really known well - a real treasure so to speak :-)

You know what you talking about. I ate all kind of prsut from Tuscany all way down to Abruzzo,but nothing beats Drniski prsut from Dalmacija-Croatia. Tony-arcane
